Daily tasks
- Development and maintenance of HMI/SCADA applications in the AVEVA System Platform environment.
- Design and development of operator screens in AVEVA InTouch. Configuration and development of ArchestrA Graphics.
- Design and development of solutions in AVEVA MES and AVEVA Work Tasks modules.
- Integration of production data from devices and plant systems, including the use of Microsoft SQL Server and network integrations.
- Development and configuration of reporting systems, such as Reporting Services, FastReport, or similar solutions.
- Configuration and maintenance of server and virtual environments supporting SCADA/MES systems.
- Support for system startups and implementations directly at customer sites.
- Cooperation with automation, IT, and OT teams during the realization of industrial projects.
- Cooperation with automation engineers during testing, designing data exchange interfaces, and supporting startups.
- Independent management of assigned modules or projects.
Requirements
You have experience working with SCADA, MES, or PLC systems.
You have practical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. Experience working with reporting tools, e.g., Reporting Services, FastReport, or similar.
You possess English language skills at a communicative level, enabling work in an international project environment.
You have the ability to install and configure Windows operating systems, including basic hardware and BIOS configuration. Experience working with machines or industrial installations.
You are ready to participate in startups and business trips, even up to 75% of working time.
You have a technical education: engineering studies, computer science, or specialized technical education, e.g., IT technician or automation technician.
Knowledge of the AVEVA environment or similar industrial platforms.
Experience in the area of Batch Handling.
Experience working with virtual environments.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, switches, and firewalls.
Knowledge of AVEVA Work Tasks.
Experience in industrial automation (AUT) and interest in developing towards MES.
Experience working with machines and during startups.
Knowledge of the German language will be an additional asset.
