Human Talent Director

About the company

A professional services firm with several companies in the legal, tax, accounting, assurance, financial, and technology areas is looking for a Human Talent Director to strategically lead all processes in the area and support the management in consolidating a high-performance culture.

Your tasks

• Lead the attraction and selection of the best talent for all companies.
• Structure induction programs that allow new collaborators to reach full capacity within their first 30 days.
• Lead, together with management, the cultural transformation of the organization.
• Implement performance management with indicators as a results tool.
• Design retention plans, career paths, salary structures, and succession plans.
• Build and lead leadership training, coaching, and mentoring programs.
• Ensure labor compliance and SG-SST compliance.
• Advise the steering committee and partners on people decisions.
• Lead a team of selection, wellbeing, performance, and SST.

Requirements

• Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.
• Specialization in Human Management, Organizational Development, or related areas (mandatory).
• 10 years or more of experience in human management, of which 5 years leading the area, in professional services firms.
• Proven experience in high-volume selection and specialized positions, change management, leadership training, and performance models.
