Your future team As part of the development of our activities and reporting to Adeline, Activity Manager, you will join our teams as a PMO Engineer M/F for a client in the nuclear sector. You will support EPR projects by ensuring activity monitoring, the implementation of steering tools, and process optimization, in a continuous improvement and project performance approach. Your missions As part of the development of our activities and reporting to Adeline, Activity Manager, you will join our teams as a PMO Engineer M/F for a major player in the nuclear sector. Acting as an interface with the various project stakeholders, you will support the steering of EPR programs and participate in the continuous improvement of management methods and tools. In this capacity, your main missions are as follows: 🔸Ensure team support in project steering, in compliance with project management processes and client frameworks. 🔸Monitor the technical and financial progress of projects. 🔸Lead milestone monitoring, risk management, preparation of project reviews, multi-year programming, and contractual monitoring. 🔸Produce and consolidate project reporting: dashboards, performance indicators, communication materials, and presentations intended for steering bodies. 🔸Draft scoping and analysis notes relating to schedules, costs, and organization, while ensuring the management of technical data, project documentation, and configuration monitoring.

Your assets and prerequisites for success: 🔸You are a graduate of an engineering school or hold a Master 2, with a specialization in project management, engineering, or an equivalent field; 🔸You have at least 5 years of experience as a PMO, ideally in the nuclear sector or on large-scale industrial projects; 🔸You have a good level of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level); 🔸You have a good command of project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and Planisware V6, as well as the Microsoft Office suite, with a particular interest in Power BI and decision-making reporting; 🔸You are attracted to project management, decision support, continuous improvement, and the development of methodologies and tools; 🔸Your sense of organization, your analytical and synthesis skills, as well as your interpersonal skills allow you to evolve effectively in complex and multidisciplinary environments.
