Present in 13 countries (Europe, Middle East, Central Asia, North America), we contribute to the development of new nuclear electricity production capacities, the maintenance in operational conditions of existing installations, as well as the design and realization of critical infrastructures, particularly in the defense sector.
Your future team You will join Loïc's teams and accompany our clients, notably major players in the energy and nuclear sectors, in their transformation programs. You will operate within complex, industrial, and highly regulated IT environments, at the interface between business departments, IT/IS teams, and the various project stakeholders. Your missions: Facilitating workshops with employees based in France and the United Kingdom. Mapping usages, identifying barriers to change, and ensuring the buy-in of key players (more than ten strategic interlocutors to bring on board). Identifying needs regarding project steering and control in a reactive phase context. Conducting an assessment of the existing tool ecosystem. Designing and structuring a method or a tool to link and rationalize data. Applying a Lean approach to eliminate redundancies, optimize information flows, and simplify monitoring processes. Your assets and the prerequisites for success With an Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in project management, engineering, or equivalent, you have at least 7 years of experience. You master the steering of organizational, digital, or continuous improvement transformation projects. You have a solid mastery of continuous improvement tools and practices. You have the ability to structure a change management support plan, from the diagnostic/interview phase to the anchoring of new practices. A bilingual English level is required. Recognized for your rigor, your autonomy, and your ability to understand complex business issues, you know how to operate in demanding and regulated contexts.
