Your future team As part of the development of our activities and reporting to Adeline, Activity Manager, you will join our teams as a PMO Engineer M/F for a client in the nuclear sector. You will support EPR projects by ensuring activity monitoring, the implementation of steering tools, and process optimization, within a continuous improvement and project performance approach.
Your missions: As a Change Manager, you play a central role in controlling and steering project evolutions. You guarantee the correct application of the change management process and ensure coordination between different stakeholders to secure impacts in terms of costs, deadlines, and risks. In this capacity, your main missions are as follows: 🔸Steer and guarantee the application of the change management process throughout the project. 🔸Coordinate change requests in interface with the Planning, Cost Control, Engineering, and Management teams. 🔸Ensure the monitoring of Change Requests, the maintenance of the change register, and the communication of associated decisions. 🔸Develop performance indicators and reporting using Power BI. 🔸Participate in the continuous improvement of steering practices and tools (KPI, feedback, DMAIC, procedures, documentation). 🔸Contribute to the deployment, administration, and evolution of the Oracle Unifier tool. 🔸Lead meetings related to changes and support teams in adopting the process, notably through awareness and training actions.

Your assets and prerequisites for success: 🔸You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or a university Master's program. 🔸You have 3 years of successful experience in Change Management, acquired in a complex industrial context (a first experience in the nuclear sector would be particularly appreciated). 🔸You master steering and reporting tools, notably Excel and Power BI; knowledge of Oracle Unifier is an additional asset. 🔸You have a professional level of English, allowing you to operate in an international environment. 🔸Recognized for your rigor, analytical spirit, and organizational skills, you enjoy teamwork and know how to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
