Key Responsibilities
- Ground Sensing & Research Support
Assist the team in gathering feedback from students on their career aspirations and challenges. Support the preparation of short surveys, polls, or informal engagement activities with student groups. Conduct basic research on career trends, employability skills, and youth concerns.
- Programme Support
Assist in the preparation for career readiness workshops, talks, and engagement activities
- Event & Activity Coordination
Assist the core team in coordinating programme logistics Conduct career readiness programs that are relevant to their IHL community Provide on-ground support during programmes and events.
- Administrative & Documentation Support
Assist in compiling feedback forms and participant data. Support the team in preparing simple post-event summaries or reports. Help maintain programme documentation and records.
