Logistics & Routing Coordinator

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, freight, transportation, dispatch or operations

coordination

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable communicating with multiple carriers and internal teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using email, Microsoft Teams and standard office software

We're looking for someone who gets things done.**** You should be highly responsive, organised and persistent when following up on issues. If a shipment is delayed or something goes wrong, you'll be the person who takes ownership, finds out what happened, communicates the update and keeps pushing until the issue is resolved.

The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent follow-through.

You don't need to be an expert in a specific logistics platform — what matters most is your ability to coordinate, communicate and solve problems effectively.
