Requirements
- Previous experience working with EDI systems
- Experience processing and troubleshooting purchase orders
- Experience with SPS Commerce or a similar EDI provider
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working with detailed reports and large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable communicating with internal teams and external service providers
- Experience with Sage is highly desirable
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude would be an advantage
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-focused.
You should be comfortable working through technical issues without needing constant supervision and have a strong sense of ownership over your work.
The ideal person will be calm, organised and able to work with a sense of urgency when issues arise, particularly where a problem could affect customer orders.
