Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d) Full-time (Specialist - Occupational Safety)

As an Occupational Safety Specialist, you will work in both office-based and field-based roles. In doing so, you will support companies from a wide variety of industries and sizes. Your Tasks

As an Occupational Safety Specialist, you will support and advise our customers according to § 6 Arbeits­sicher­heits­gesetz and according to the specifications of the DGUV with the following key areas of activity:

• Advising on the design of workplaces, work processes, and the use of work equipment and substances
• Advising and supporting the selection of personal protective equipment
• Conducting risk assessments
• Inspecting workplaces
• Regular employee instructions in customer companies
• Determining suitable measures to avoid work-related and health hazards
• Investigating occupational accidents and determining the causes
• Leading and documenting ASA meetings
• Conducting seminars
• Cooperation with authorities and Berufsgenossenschaften
• Further business development (acquisition of new customers) and support of the existing customer base

Your Qualifications

• Completed training as a state-recognized technician, master, or engineer (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
• Further training as an Occupational Safety Specialist, ideally with professional experience in the field of occupational safety
• Desirable training or willingness to undergo further training, e.g., fire protection officer, hazardous substance officer, or dangerous goods officer
• Reliable, conscientious, and service-oriented way of working
• Consulting competence, entrepreneurial thinking, and resilience
• Independent and structured way of working, analytical thinking skills
• Proficient use of MS-Office products
• Driving license class B
• English skills (basic knowledge in speaking and writing)
