Job Highlights Teach English in Early Years / Kindergarten Play-based and hands-on learning Child-centred approach Modern, well-resourced learning environment Supportive international teaching community Professional development opportunities Live and work in Yangon, Myanmar The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, English Language and Literature or related field PGCE/QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification Experience teaching English Language and Literature Early Years, Kindergarten, Reception, Foundation Stage or similar experience Experience working with children aged 2–6 Strong understanding of early childhood development Experience with play-based and hands-on learning Warm, nurturing and enthusiastic teaching style Strong communication and classroom management skills Able to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues International school experience is highly desirable
