Job Description Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities in Northampton? We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Kettering and the surrounding areas.
Your tasks
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in different school environments, support pupils' learning and gain experience across a variety of primary year groups.
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school plans and curriculum requirements. Maintain a positive, safe and well-managed classroom environment. Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different pupils and year groups. Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and behaviour management expectations. Support pupils' progress, learning and development. Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience teaching in a primary school. Confident classroom and behaviour management skills. Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. A reliable, flexible and adaptable approach. Ability to teach across different primary year groups. Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
