Aspire People are looking for NQT/ECT Teachers to join our growing pool of education professionals across Abercarn and the surrounding area.

Your tasks

Plan and deliver engaging lessons Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour and routines effectively Assess and monitor pupil progress Adapt teaching to meet different learning needs Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff Build positive relationships with pupils

Requirements

QTS or recognised teaching qualification NQT/ECT status or recently qualified teacher Strong subject knowledge Good classroom and behaviour management skills Passion for supporting pupil progress Excellent communication and organisation EWC registration or willingness to register Enhanced DBS for Children on the DBS Update Service
