• Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the school's curriculum and lesson objectives.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment where pupils feel supported and motivated.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following the school's behaviour policies and expectations.
• Adapt lessons and activities where necessary to meet the needs of different learners.
• Support pupils' learning and development, including providing encouragement and guidance throughout the day.
