The Role Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Northampton and surrounding areas Contract: Supply / Temporary Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Start: ASAP Pay: Competitive rates As an HLTA, you may be required to support teachers with classroom delivery, lead lessons and activities, provide targeted support to pupils and help maintain a positive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience working as an HLTA, Teaching Assistant or within a similar education role Has strong classroom management skills Is confident delivering lessons and supporting whole-class learning Is passionate about helping children achieve their potential Is adaptable and able to work across different school environments Is reliable, professional and committed Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable) Has the right to work in the UK Why Work for Aspire People?
