The Roles
Business Studies Teacher
- Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across secondary year groups
- Plan and adapt lessons to meet pupils' learning needs
- Support pupils' progress, understanding and exam preparation
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Cover Supervisor
- Supervise classes during teacher absence
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and keep pupils on task
- Manage classroom behaviour and encourage engagement
- Support pupils across a range of subjects, including Business Studies where appropriate
Who We're Looking For
- Business Studies Teachers with QTS or relevant teaching experience
- Cover Supervisors with strong communication and classroom management skills
- Business, finance or enterprise professionals interested in education
- Candidates with experience working with children or young people
- Reliable, adaptable individuals who can build positive relationships with pupils
A teaching qualification is highly desirable for teaching roles. Candidates with substantial relevant industry experience may also be considered, depending on the role and school requirements.
