Learning Support Assistant | Royston Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time

Location: Royston, Hertfordshire Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: ASAP or after notice period

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a school in Royston, Hertfordshire on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. The successful candidate must have previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND, as this is an essential requirement for the role.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous SEND experience - essential
• GCSEs, including a good standard of English and Maths
• Experience working with children or young people
• A reliable and hardworking approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• A calm, patient and supportive manner
• Confidence supporting pupils with additional needs
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
• Availability to start ASAP or after completing a current notice period

• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Full-time Temporary to Permanent opportunity
• Based in Royston, Hertfordshire
• The school is most easily accessible by car
