Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with high quality service at every stage of their spa experience
- Deliver a variety of spa treatments like body massage, foot reflexology, guasha, ear cleaning and cupping services
- Able to work 5 to 6 days per week including no rest days on Fri, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa at all times
- Maintain equipment and keep stock of inventory
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Assist in all reception duties as and when required
- Passionate and diligence at work
- Willing to learn even with no experience
