Event Executive

Aspen Event Planners Aspen Event Planners is looking for an experienced and hands-on  Event Executive  to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the events industry and possess a good understanding of the full event management process — from planning and production through to on-site execution. Key Requirements: Experience in event management or event production Knowledge of end-to-end event planning and execution Familiar with  event technology, AV and technical production Understanding of  event design, fabrication and pavilion/exhibition construction Experience coordinating  event logistics, suppliers, venues and manpower Able to manage multiple projects, timelines and budgets Resourceful, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a hands-on attitude If you enjoy bringing events from concept to reality and want to be involved across the entire production process, we would like to hear from you.
