Job Summary You will manage invoicing, payments, and transaction records to ensure accurate financial processing and support smooth cargo operations. Responsibilities Verify and check costs on invoices from airlines, local and overseas cargo agents Process payments and issue payment vouchers Follow up with vendors to resolve refund issues and disputes Track and follow up with customers on payments and disputes Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail to contribute to team success
