Maritime Import and Export Operations Supervisor

Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Administration, or related field. Languages: Intermediate-advanced English (minimum 70%). Experience: 5 recent and stable years in the position within a Freight Forwarder. Verifiable experience managing personnel. Knowledge of Ley Aduanera, Anexo 24, Incoterms, and maritime import and export customs processes.

Main Activities

• Administer and supervise maritime import and export shipment operations.
• Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the Operations team under their charge.
• Attend to and operate key client accounts.
• Support the review and development of internal processes.
• Manage and supervise administrative functions of personnel, ensuring efficiency in procedures and requests.
• Maintain constant communication with companies abroad.

Starting salary of $26,000 to $28,000 gross monthly (negotiable based on experience).

Job Conditions
