Service Manager exp in the Médicos Integrales sector

Requirements: Intermediate English, Site Managers, operating room technicians, and data entry analyst.

Education: Completed Bachelor's degree with a degree in Ingeniería Biomédica, Ingeniería Industrial, Enfermería, Optometría, Administración de Servicios de Salud, or a related field.

3 years of experience in integral services, medical devices, operating rooms, or subcontracted hospital services, with at least one year coordinating teams or sites.

• Accredited B2 English: you read technical documentation without assistance, hold a support call with the manufacturer, and follow training in English.
• Inventory management with control of lots, expiration dates, and PEPS/FEFO, and reconciliation against the system. Advanced Excel and management of indicators.
• Availability to travel and a valid driver's license.

Activities:

• Direct the daily operation of the assigned hospital units and the site team.
• Plan supply by site: initial request, replenishments, lots, expiration dates, and weekly inventory under PEPS/FEFO.
• Lead the implementation of new sites: survey, installation, training, and service startup.
• Be responsible for the evidence of each procedure: consumption sheets, T14 and T15 formats, monthly summaries, and logs.
• Execute the monthly reconciliation between consumption, remittances, and summaries, and integrate the billing package with the hospital signatures.
• Manage the entry of invoices before the institution and integrate the technical support against observations and deductibles.
• Train and evaluate site personnel on equipment, instruments, supplies, and filling out formats.
• Calculate and report process indicators and execute the resulting corrective actions.
