Service Manager Medical Devices - Coyoacán Immediate Start

IMPORTANT LEADING COMPANY IN ITS SECTOR REQUESTS:

Service Manager exp. in the Medical sector Coyoacán, CDMX with travel to assigned hospital units Accredited B2 English (indispensable) Responsible for site, operating room technicians and data entry analyst

• Completed Bachelor's degree with degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Nursing, Optometry, Health Services Administration or related career
• Three years of experience in integral services, medical devices, operating room or subcontracted hospital services, with at least one coordinating teams or sites
• Accredited B2 English: you read technical documentation without help, hold a support call with the manufacturer and follow training in English
• Inventory management with control of lots, expiration dates and FIFO/FEFO, and reconciliation against system Advanced Excel and management of indicators
• Availability to travel and valid driver's license

• Direct the daily operation of the assigned hospital units and the site team
• Plan supply by site: initial request, replenishments, lots, expiration dates and weekly inventory under FIFO/FEFO
• Lead the implementation of new sites: survey, installation, training and service startup
• Be responsible for the evidence of each procedure: consumption sheets, T14 and T15 formats, monthly summaries and logs
• Execute the monthly reconciliation between consumption, remittances and summary, and integrate the billing package with hospital signatures
• Manage the entry of invoices before the institution and integrate the technical support against observations and deductibles
• Train and evaluate site personnel on equipment, instruments, supplies and filling out formats.
• Calculate and report process indicators and execute the resulting corrective actions
