Requirements: Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineer or related, graduated or incomplete. Minimum 3 years of experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in plastic injection machines and their peripheral equipment.
Profile: Solve failures in hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems. Knowledge in software and automation (PLCs, control devices).
Responsibility: minimize machine downtime at the lowest cost.
Desired additional knowledge: Technical bases for process monitoring and adjustments, improving cycle times, material consumption, and part quality, fault diagnosis under pressure.
Activities:
- Maintenance of plastic injection machines, programming, interpretation of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Startup, installation, and commissioning of injection machines.
- Remote services, Training, Mechanical, hydraulic, control, and electrical maintenance, Installation of spare parts, and knowledge of language and software handling.
