SERVICE MANAGER – FOLIO 5722

Professional with a degree in Biomedical, Industrial, Health Organization, Nursing, Optometry, Health Services Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in integral services, medical devices, operating room, or subcontracted hospital services, including at least 1 year in team or site coordination.

Responsible for the operation and supervision of hospital units, personnel coordination, implementation of new sites, training, and monitoring of equipment, instruments, and supplies. Experience in inventory control, lots, expiration dates, and PEPS/FEFO, reconciliation of consumption, remittances, and invoicing, as well as documentation integration and addressing observations. Advanced Excel and indicators management, with the ability to follow up on KPIs and execute corrective actions. Intermediate English for reading technical documentation and communication with manufacturers.

Zone: Coyoacán, CDMX, with frequent presence at hospital sites. Scheme: 80% office / 20% travel. Salary: $22,000 + variable bonus based on results + statutory and superior benefits. Benefits: Utility vehicle. Requirement: Availability to travel and valid driver's license.
