Main responsibilities

Description of activities
Billing
- Assign lots and necessary information for invoice generation.
- Coordinate billing closing and opening dates.
- Perform the first phase of billing and coordinate with the Accounting area for the issuance of the final document.
Inventories
- Follow up on and ensure inventory control.
- Perform monthly inventories.
- Guarantee the correct operation of the warehouse regarding entries, exits, and optimal storage conditions.
- Report and follow up on incidents.
- Control and follow up on expired or damaged material.
Distribution
- Follow up on shipments and payments.
- Prepare shipment status reports and proof of delivery.
- Prepare shipping cost reports.
- Request and analyze quotes for national freight.
- Coordinate shipping dates with customers.
