Purchasing Executive

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, international relations, administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing for the food industry.
• ERP management, preferably Alpha.
• Intermediate-advanced English (Ability to negotiate and review technical documentation).
• Deep knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSC 22000 / SQF / BRC).
• Mastery of customs legislation, tariffs, and international logistics.
• Purchase of daily consumption supplies and office supplies (Stationery/consumables).
• Acquire chemical raw materials and specific inputs for flavoring formulation.
• Evaluate, select, and develop the portfolio of national and international suppliers.
• Request and validate technical data sheets, certificates of analysis, and Kosher / FSSC 22000 documentation.
• Ensure that no raw material compromises the plant's certifications.
• Attend to and present the area's documentation during external audits.
• Manage the complete purchase order cycle.
• Coordinate foreign purchases, managing customs procedures and incoterms.
• Ensure the correct importation of goods in coordination with customs agencies.
• Register and keep the purchasing and inventory modules updated in the ERP.
• Monitor area KPIs (Delivery times, cost variations, supplier evaluation).

$15,000 gross monthly
