New Business Developer

Identify, develop, and consolidate new business opportunities at a national and international level (Americas and Asia). The candidate will be responsible for market opening and the integral management of the commercial cycle (buying/selling) of various commodities, ensuring efficiency in the supply chain and reporting directly to the headquarters in Japan.

• Completed Bachelor's degree. 100% of credits.
• Advanced oral English; bilingual (previous experience working with people from abroad, Asians, is desirable).
• Markedly extroverted profile, with high resilience and tolerance to rejection.
• Excellent customer service skills, empathy, and proactive attitude.
• Analytical capacity and business vision to identify opportunities in dynamic and multicultural environments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Market intelligence: conduct deep research of international markets to detect expansion niches and new business units.

Commodities commercial management: execute strategic buying and selling functions in categories such as food, consumer goods, primary metals, paper, energy, among others.

Pipeline generation: lead active prospecting through cold calls and initial approach techniques to capture potential clients and suppliers.

International expansion: develop commercial projects with a focus on Mexico, with growth projection towards the Americas and Asia markets.

Supply chain management: supervise and follow up on the complete supply chain cycle to guarantee compliance with commercial agreements.

Strategic relationship management: build and maintain long-term trust relationships with key business partners (stakeholders).

Global reporting: prepare management reports and maintain fluid and constant communication with the management in Japan.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with schedule flexibility. 100% on-site.

Work zone: Cuauhtémoc, Paseo de la Reforma, CDMX.

Base salary open to negotiation according to profile and experience.
