BUYER

Requirements:

• Education: Completed degree in Administration, C.P., Industrial Engineering, or Foreign Trade
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing and recent and stable invoicing in the food raw materials sector, such as ingredients, flavors, and/or colors
• Advanced handling of Excel and SAE/RP systems
• Basic accounting knowledge and use of CFDI
• Basic-intermediate English
• Leadership, negotiation, and organization skills, and the ability to work under pressure

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the continuity of supply of raw materials and strategic materials
• Manage inventories in the SAE system and Excel, guaranteeing availability in CDMX and Guadalajara
• Review scheduled orders and prepare purchase orders considering supplier, price, and delivery times
• Follow up on delivery confirmations, receipt of merchandise, and digital documentation
• Coordinate payments to suppliers together with the accounting area and send the corresponding vouchers
• Negotiate commercial conditions and handle complaints, returns, and non-conformities
• Keep prices, supplier contacts, and physical inventory records updated
• Support the commercial area with quotes, material requests, and production planning
• Monitor market trends that impact prices or availability and communicate necessary adjustments
• Prepare costing of produced materials and keep the Kardex updated

We offer: Salary: $17,000 to $20,000 gross monthly

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with one hour for lunch
