Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Foreign Trade.
Minimum of 3 years of recent and stable experience in purchasing and invoicing within the food raw materials sector (ingredients, flavors, and/or colorants).
Advanced handling of Excel and SAE/ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of accounting and use of CFDI.
Basic to intermediate English.
Leadership, negotiation, organization, and working under pressure skills.

Responsibilities

Guarantee the timely supply of raw materials and strategic materials.
Manage inventories in SAE and Excel, ensuring availability in CDMX and Guadalajara.
Review scheduled orders and generate purchase orders considering suppliers, costs, and delivery times.
Follow up on deliveries, receipt of merchandise, and digital documentation.
Coordinate payments to suppliers in conjunction with the accounting area and send corresponding vouchers.
Negotiate commercial conditions and manage complaints, returns, and non-conformities.
Keep prices, supplier contacts, and physical inventories updated.
Provide support to the commercial area in quotations, material requests, and production planning.
Monitor market trends that impact prices or availability of supplies and communicate necessary adjustments.
Perform costing of produced materials and keep the Kardex updated.

Schedule Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 hrs. 1 hour for lunch.
