IMPORTANT LEADING COMPANY IN ITS FIELD REQUESTS: Key Account Executive – Multi-product Logistics and Operations (Expo/Impo)

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field (100% credits completed).
• Minimum of 4 recent and stable years of experience in transport logistics (forwarder, shipping lines, and/or carriers).
• Knowledge in multi-product operational management (importation and exportation).
• Mastery of INCOTERM and handling of dangerous goods.
• Intermediate-advanced spoken English (indispensable for interaction with international clients).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and general knowledge of Cargowise.
• Customer orientation, proactive attitude, responsibility, resilience, integrity, and teamwork.
• Papers in order, verifiable references, and immediate availability.
• Residing in Ciudad de México, Puebla, or Querétaro.

Job Objective

To guarantee the efficient execution of multi-product exportation and importation processes, complying with global indicators and organizational guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational profitability.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate maritime, air, and land shipments according to the agreed INCOTERM.
• Manage cargo entry to port/airport and customs clearance when applicable.
• Prepare documentation in accordance with customs regulations and the required country.
• Coordinate land freight and MBL release with shipping lines.
• Monitor and communicate shipment progress to clients through daily or periodic reports.
• Register operations in the operating system and ensure data quality (Data Quality).
• Invoice, cost, and close shipments in the system, verifying profitability.
• Keep Milestones updated in the operating system.
• Prepare reports for clients and the agent network.
• Participate in reviews, calls, and follow-up sessions with key accounts.
• Ensure that commercial, customs, and administrative documents are correctly uploaded to the system.
• Comply with SOP’s and COP’s in key account implementations.

Working Conditions

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, hybrid scheme.
• Salary: $25,000 – $36,000 gross monthly + (detailed in interview)
