Requirements
- completed university graduate study or university integrated undergraduate and graduate study or professional graduate study (level HKO 7.1.sv. or 7.1.st.);
- excellent knowledge of the English language and the ability for effective and clear communication in English;
- excellent knowledge of relevant national regulations and European Union regulations;
- knowledge of the Cohesion Policy of the European Union;
- advanced knowledge of working on a personal computer.
In addition to the stated conditions, candidates must also meet the general conditions for establishing an employment relationship in accordance with the Labor Act (NN, no. 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22 and 64/23).
What we offer
The salary consists of a basic salary and supplements to the basic salary established by the Act on Salaries in Civil Service and Public Services (NN, no. 155/23) and other receipts in accordance with that Act and the general regulation on work. The basic salary is a multiple of the coefficient for the calculation of the job salary and the base for salary calculation. The base for calculation amounts to 1,025.00 euros gross. The coefficient for salary calculation is prescribed by the Decree on job titles, conditions for distribution and coefficients for salary calculation in public services (NN, no. 22/2024). The initial basic salary increases by 0.5% for each completed year of work experience.
How to apply
In the application for the competition, it is necessary to state personal data (first and last name, date of birth, residential address, telephone or mobile number, and email address).
A written application for the competition must be accompanied by
- curriculum vitae
- proof of professional qualifications (copy of diploma, certificate or testimonial)
- copy of the domicile card or identity card
- proof of work experience (printout of the electronic record or certificate of data recorded in the registry of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute) for all positions
- proof of knowledge of one foreign language for positions numbered from 3. to 7., and proof of knowledge of English for positions numbered from 8. to 11. (certificate from a school for foreign languages, copy of high school certificate or transcript with grades). Certificates of attendance at seminars in a foreign language will not be recognized as proof.
Copies of the requested documents do not need to be certified, and candidates who are proposed for the establishment of an employment relationship are obliged to submit the original documents for inspection before signing the employment contract.
A candidate who exercises the right to priority in employment according to a special law is obliged, in the application for the competition, to refer to that right and attach evidence in accordance with the special regulations governing that right.
Applications for the competition with evidence of fulfillment of conditions are submitted within 15 days from the day of publication in Narodne novine, by registered mail or in person, to the address: Agencija za strukovno obrazovanje i obrazovanje odraslih, 10 000 Zagreb, Garićgradska ulica 18, with the note: "Za natječaj (state the job position and serial number) - ne otvaraj".
Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered.
A person who has not submitted a timely and regular application, a person who does not meet the formal conditions of the competition, and a person who does not attend the preliminary test of knowledge and abilities will not be considered a candidate applied for the competition, about which they will be notified in writing.
Candidates will be informed of the results of the competition in the same way and at the same time.

The competition procedure includes a preliminary test of knowledge and abilities essential for performing the duties of the job through an oral interview. Only candidates who meet the competition requirements may access the preliminary test of knowledge and abilities. If a candidate does not attend the test, they are considered to have withdrawn their application for the competition.
