Here is where you make the difference:

• Taking on process responsibility as well as setting up bonding processes at our customers' sites
• Installation of our equipment directly on-site at the customer
• Independent execution of customer demos
• Implementation of demanding Die-Bond processes
• Analysis and evaluation of process data
• Development and adaptation of customer-specific processes in the field of Die-Bonding
• Close cooperation with internal and external R&D teams
• Presentation of technical results to specialist audiences – both internally and externally

This is how you impress us:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Ideally, initial experience in the semiconductor industry, especially in Die-Bonding
• Willingness to travel internationally and enjoyment of working in direct customer contact
• Structured, independent, and careful way of working
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Very good English skills (written and spoken)
