Here is where you make the difference:

• Independent processing and coordination of import and export processes
• Ensuring the timely delivery of our equipment and systems to customers worldwide
• Creation and processing of all relevant shipping, customs, and export documents, including export declarations and permits
• Ensuring compliance with (inter)national export control regulations, particularly according to EU and US law
• Checking and approving freight and import invoices
• Maintenance of customs-relevant master data, customs tariff numbers, and origin information, as well as support for the customs software (ATLAS)
• Contact person for authorities, customs and tax audits, as well as internal departments
• Creation of evaluations and reports in the field of foreign trade and customs

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Further training in the field of customs, foreign trade, export control, or logistics is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the field of customs clearance and logistics
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working

• Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Good written and spoken English skills
