ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a UX Researcher, you strengthen the UX competence team within ASML IT & Data and play a key role in shaping mySupport Hub, the internal ServiceNow based portal that enables employee services across HR, IT, Facilities and Finance. You uncover user needs, translate them into clear, actionable insights, and help product teams work in a more research driven, user centric way. Together with the UX Designer, you define, embed and run a continuous discovery approach that keeps research at the heart of product decisions. You operate in a multidisciplinary team with a Product Owner, Solution Architect, Business Process Analyst and Software Developers, and you connect UX opportunities to measurable business outcomes. Beyond your immediate team, you share learnings within a community of around seventy peer UX professionals focused on employee facing experiences, contributing to a growing, research driven UX practice across ASML IT.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute qualitative research such as interviews, contextual inquiry and usability testing to understand user needs and behavior
• Design and run quantitative research including surveys and UX analytics to validate findings at scale
• Map, validate and improve end to end user journeys across HR, IT, Facilities and Finance services within mySupport Hub
