This is what you will do

As a Shift Operator P&C at ASML in Veldhoven, you will work in a high-tech cleanroom environment where precision and quality are central. Together with operators, technicians, and engineers, you ensure that wafers are carefully processed, cleaned, and inspected. What will you do?

• Process, clean, and inspect wafers according to fixed procedures.
• Operate advanced equipment and monitor process performance.
• Perform quality measurements and signal deviations.
• Accurately register activities and results.
• Collaborate with colleagues and think along about process improvements.

You will work in a 5-shift rotation and contribute to the quality and reliability of ASML's high-tech systems.

We are looking for an accurate and independent candidate who values quality and enjoys working in a high-tech environment.

• Completed MBO 2-4 or HBO education.
• Experience with production processes, preferably wafer processing and quality measurements.
• Analytical, proactive, and quality-oriented.
• Good command of English and knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP.
