In this position, you will work with advanced measurement and inspection systems and play an important role in analyzing and assessing measurement results. Technical skills and activities: Performing and monitoring measurements with advanced metrological equipment and various measurement recipes. Analyzing SEM-, scatterometer-, defectivity-, wafer-, focus-energy-, and inspection data. Interpreting and assessing measurement and inspection results for the purpose of process validation and quality control. Registering and reporting results and releasing products that meet the specifications. Performing first-line troubleshooting for deviating results and working with supporting tools such as Excel, Plato, MIDAS, and FileZilla.
