job description - 02 September 2026 - vacancy number: 9214382 - 02 September 2026 - vacancy number: 9214382 Join our Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) organization as a Quality Engineer and play a key role in supporting our global service operations. In this role, you will ensure the specialized toolkits used by service engineers worldwide are safe, accurate, compliant, and ready for use. Your main focus will be managing and standardizing Tool Reference Picture (TRP) documentation-the visual blueprints used by global warehouses to pack and inspect tools. You will also maintain internal wiki pages to establish consumable item limits, update SAP records, and resolve quality reports (such as Dead on Arrivals or Irregularity Reports). Acting as a central point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional international teams, including Design & Engineering, regional operations, and local warehouse staff, to drive continuous process improvements. Job requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Quality Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or quality operations. - Systems: Familiarity with SAP (preferred) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). - Skills: Hands-on experience or coursework in process mapping, logistics processes, and handling technical documentation/SOPs. - Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required for international collaboration.
