This is you

You are an experienced, proactive assistant with an eye for detail and a sense for international dynamics. You switch effortlessly between different stakeholders and know how to set priorities in an environment where no two days are the same.

Furthermore, you bring the following:

• Mbo+ working and thinking level, possibly supplemented with hbo experience;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent command of the English language, Dutch is a plus;
• Experience with complex calendar management and Microsoft Office 365;
• Skilled in organizing hybrid meetings and events;
• Availability of 40 hours per week;
