Your tasks

Are you ready to drive strategic decision-making at the heart of global high-tech innovation? Join ASML as a Business Controller and turn complex financial insights into actionable business steering.

In this position, you navigate a fast-paced international matrix organization. You partner directly with senior stakeholders across business lines, project management, and corporate functions to optimize financial performance and deliver robust forward-looking plans. You will also enjoy a healthy work-life balance with a hybrid working model, allowing you to work 3 days at the office in Veldhoven and 2 days from home.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive and manage the long-term financial plan, global annual budget cycle, and monthly business reviews.
• Identify financial opportunities and risks, translating these into executable improvement actions together with management.
• Develop and review strategic business cases to support investment decisions at the executive level.
• Continuously improve the effectiveness, data quality, and processes of corporate performance management.
• Monitor financial frameworks, objectives, and governance within multidisciplinary programs.

Requirements

You are successful as a Business Controller when you meet the following criteria:

• You have a completed Master's degree in Business Economics or Finance (preferably supplemented by an RC, RA, CPA, or ACCA qualification).
• You have at least 8 years of proven work experience within Business Control or FP&A in an international matrix organization.
