The goal of the ASML FlexPool is to give talented individuals the opportunity to become familiar with the dynamic world of ASML.

Your tasks

As a Flexpool employee, you are a flexible team member who works across different departments. You contribute to the tasks scheduled for the day and provide support wherever needed. This gives you the unique opportunity to gain experience in various parts of the organization while building valuable work experience.

No days are the same in the Flexpool. One day, you may be carefully packaging components to protect them from contamination. The next day, you could be working in the cleanroom, cleaning machine parts in accordance with strict quality and hygiene standards. You may also assist with preparing and modifying transport packaging for machine components.

Requirements

• You are a flexible and motivated individual who is eager to work full-time.
• You are eager to learn and enjoy developing your skills through hands-on experience.
• You have a basic technical aptitude and demonstrate this by working in a practical and solution-oriented manner.
• You enjoy variety and are comfortable performing a wide range of tasks.
• You are proactive, enjoy working with your hands, and are not afraid to learn new skills.
• You hold an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) certificate or are willing to obtain one.

Other

As a member of the Flexpool, you will work full-time in a two-shift schedule:

• Morning shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Afternoon/Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

In addition, you will work an average of one weekend per month on a day shift.
