Demo Lab Facility Maintenance / Construction Management

You will be responsible for overall Facility Management (facility maintenance/construction management) duties to support the stable operation of the demo lab at a semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturer. This is a position where you will handle on-site cleanroom operation and maintenance, focusing on utility facilities such as electricity, gas, and water required to operate demo machines.
Specifically: ・Management and maintenance of utility facilities such as electricity, gas, and water to operate semiconductor equipment demo machines ・Daily management of the cleanroom and response to periodic maintenance conducted three times a year ・Responding to facility requests and improvement requests from process engineers ・Handling various construction projects related to the office building and facilities (layout changes, renovation work, etc.) ・Coordination with construction companies and partner companies, and on-site progress/cost management ・Internal on-call response when facility trouble occurs
【MUST】
・Practical experience in facility maintenance/facility installation in factories, research facilities, plants, etc. (3 years or more) ・Experience in maintenance, installation, and operation of utility facilities (electricity, air conditioning, cooling water, gas, etc.) ・Possession of electrical qualifications (e.g., Chief Electrical Engineer, Electrician, etc.) ・Japanese: Native level ・English: Conversational level or higher
*Since the team consists only of Japanese nationals, native-level Japanese is welcome. *While communication with your direct supervisor can be done in Japanese, interviews with upper management will be conducted in English. Additionally, since about 1/3 of the engineers are foreign nationals, conversational English is required.
