Job's mission

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytically driven professional to support operational excellence through data extraction, performance analysis, and close collaboration across regions. In this role, you will help translate data into insights, ensure visibility into performance, and support planning and coordination activities that enable teams to operate effectively and at scale.

You will be responsible for monitoring KPI performance, supporting headcount planning, and coordinating the tracking of tool‑related activities across regions, helping drive consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What you will be working on

Data Extraction & Analysis

Extract, consolidate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems and sources

Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into performance trends

Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting

KPI Performance Management

Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across regions

Conduct regular performance reviews and variance analysis

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance outcomes

Partner with stakeholders to define and track performance metrics

Regional Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with teams across different regions to align on KPI targets and performance improvement plans

Facilitate regular discussions, reviews, and business updates with regional stakeholders

Ensure consistent communication and sharing of best practices across regions

Headcount Management

Track and manage headcount allocation and utilization across regions

Support workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity analysis

Identify resource gaps and recommend optimization strategies

Monitor productivity metrics and align staffing with business demand

Tool Installation & Qualification Management

Support the tracking and coordination of tool installation activities across regions

Extract and maintain data related to tool deployment status, timelines, and performance

Analyze installation and qualification data to identify trends, delays, and potential issues

Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to monitor tool readiness and qualification progress

Validate data quality and completeness for tool installation and qualification records in SHaRP (Service Headcount and Resources Planning)

Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement of deployment and qualification processes

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or performance management roles

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools

Experience working with cross-regional or global teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of workforce planning and operational tools is an advantage
