Role Overview

The Regional Controller is a finance leadership role responsible for owning financial performance and driving business outcomes within a critical region or Tier 1 customer.

This role goes beyond reporting and analysis — it requires a hands-on operator who takes full ownership of financial results, challenges the business, and drives performance across revenue, margin, cost, and working capital.

The Regional Controller operates as the primary finance leader in-region, working directly with business leaders to influence decisions, improve predictability, and ensure strong financial discipline.

While this role does not include formal people management, it requires strong day-to-day leadership of regional finance team members. The Regional Controller sets direction, drives execution, and holds the team accountable for results, operating as the functional leader for Finance within the region.

Culture note: Our finance leaders operate with high ownership, transparency, and accountability. We expect leaders who develop talent, elevate financial rigor, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
