Head of Training (HT) in an ATO (M/F)

Aslan Aviation Academy is looking for its Head of Training (HT) to supervise all theoretical and practical training provided within the ATO. The Head of Training guarantees the quality, consistency, and pedagogical compliance of all training, as well as the supervision of all instructors.

Main Missions

• Supervise all training: PPL, ATPL theoretical, CPL, IR/ME, APS MCC.
• Manage and support flight instructors and theoretical instructors.
• Define, maintain, and update the pedagogical standards of the ATO.
• Validate progress checks, internal evaluations, and teaching methods.
• Ensure the pedagogical follow-up of students and intervene in case of difficulty.
• Contribute to the writing, revision, and standardization of training programs.
• Ensure compliance with EASA requirements related to training and competencies.
• Participate in pedagogical meetings and the continuous development of the ATO.
• Ensure pedagogical liaison with Management.

Profile Sought

• Experienced FI(A) instructor; IRI/CRI/MCCI qualifications appreciated.
• Very good knowledge of EASA Part-FCL and Part-ORA requirements.
• Previous experience in an ATO or a professional training environment.
• Strong skills in organization, pedagogy, and team management.
• Mastery of operational English (minimum ICAO level 4, 5 preferred).
• Experience in a pedagogical management role is highly appreciated.
