BIM Designer/ Modeller

Your tasks

We are seeking a motivated BIM Modeller to manages the day-to-day BIM tasks on a project, supports the team, ensures quality and compliance, and translates client requirements into model strategies.

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems, including fixtures, pipes, and layouts, using specialized software (ME12)
• Generate quality work in BIM modelling, shop drawings and meet the submission schedule
• Ensure all drawings are prepared in accordance with the standards set by project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and team members on drawing updates and revisions
• Perform other drafting related duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Min 2 years' experience and above relevant BIM modelling experience in plumbing and sanitary works.
• At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil or Building services Engineering.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, independent and hardworking
• Able to work as a team
