Your tasks
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Associate/Sales Associate to join our retail team and deliver exceptional shopping experiences while representing the unique spirit of Onitsuka Tiger.
What You’ll Do
- Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
- Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store
- Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
- Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market
- Following all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in footwear or fashion retail preferred.
- For part-time, to commit minimum 3 months and work 3-4 days a week.
- Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passionate about fashion, retail, and customer service.
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Physically comfortable with daily retail operations, including stock movement and carrying merchandise of up to 10kg when necessary.
