- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related data-focused role, counted after completing a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major; IT-related fields are preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and extracting business insights.
- Hands-on experience working with Cloudera Hadoop environments.
- Good understanding of ETL processes and tools.
- Strong understanding of banking business processes and workflows.
- Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for business and product stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
