Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Operational Engineer, SQL Developer, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Oracle Database, SQL & PL/SQL.
- Good knowledge of Linux, including log analysis, troubleshooting, process monitoring, and basic Shell/Bash.
- Experience in application monitoring, batch processing, incident management, and production support.
- Able to perform data analysis, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and basic RCA.
- Banking, Credit Card, Payment, or Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 🚨 Willing to work in shift-based / 24x7 operations.
