Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and safety-focused Road Roller Operator to take primary operational ownership of assigned heavy fleet unit RR-06 (Vibratory Soil Compactor / Tandem Asphalt Roller). The operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and protecting Unit RR-06 during site preparation, sub-base compaction, and asphalt paving operations across active civil construction projects.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1–5+ years of operating vibratory soil compactors or tandem rollers on major roadwork or civil engineering projects.
