Your tasks

We are seeking a skilled, safety-conscious, and experienced Backhoe / Excavator Operator to perform heavy equipment operations across our active construction sites. The operator will be responsible for heavy digging, trenching, grading, loading, backfilling, and moving bulk materials while maintaining safety compliance and ensuring optimal machine performance.

Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1–5+ years of proven experience operating backhoes, hydraulic excavators, and related heavy equipment on construction or land development projects.
